Our Business Model

Woodsome Estates Ltd primarily acquires its own sites in its entirety and builds projects out through to project completion.

However we believe this makes us best placed to provide other stakeholders with either development consultancy advice or act as their development managers and deliver a scheme under a joint venture arrangement or partnership. 

We have an open door policy as regards investor/land owner involvement. Rather than just selling the asset up front, the directors are more than happy for parties to retain an interest in the site until its completion.

We work to specific hurdle rates within the company to make sure a project is viable and deliverable taking into account market specifics, delivery costs and other factors we deem
will impact a project.

Woodsome Estates Ltd is a property development business that was setup 8 years ago and continues its interest in becoming a national organisation with a target development pipeline of delivering 250 dwellings per year and 100,000 SqFt of Industrial Logisticspace by 2020.
